  • Flange Options – Customers can choose between straight flange or reverse inward flange designs.
  • Enhanced Bottom Coupling – For trays wider than 600 mm, bottom coupling ensures perfect alignment and minimizes joint deflection.

Ladder-Type Cable Trays

Cable Ladder Features

  • Standardized Design: Uniform side rail and rung sections ensure faster delivery and consistency.
  • Proven Strength: Load test data available for various sizes and combinations.
  • Smart Coupler Holes: Intermediate coupler holes enable easy mounting of accessories like earth flats, provide ready coupling during cutting, and improve drainage during galvanizing. The hole pattern also indicates material thickness.
  • Enhanced Bends: Larger bends with rungs welded to frames ensure superior hot-dip galvanization.

Raceway/ Trunking

Key Features

  • Designed for a flush finish with carpet or tiles
  • Matching junction boxes available in the same height as trunking
  • Optional partitioning for widths above 75 mm (at minimum 50 mm intervals)
  • 25 mm diameter knockouts can be provided on 50 mm height raceways
  • Wide range of compatible accessories, similar to underfloor trunking

·Horizontal Tee

  • Used to connect three trays in a T-shape arrangement.

·90° Horizontal Elbow

  • Used to turn the tray 90 degrees to the left or right.

·90° Vertical Up Elbow

  • Used to route the tray upwards at a 90-degree angle.

·90° Vertical Down Elbow

  • Used to route the tray downwards at a 90-degree angle.

·Vertical Tee Up

  • Used to branch out upward from the main tray.

·Vertical Tee Down

  • Used to branch out downward from the main tray.

·Horizontal Cross

  • Used for four-way connections (cross arrangement).

·Reducer

  • Used to reduce the width of the tray from larger size to smaller size.

Punching (Horizontal Perforation)

  • The bottom surface of the tray has horizontal slot-type perforations.
  • Advantages:
    • Allows easy fixing and arranging of cables.
    • Provides better air circulation, reducing heat build-up.
    • Facilitates installation of cable ties and clamps.
    • Reduces overall weight while maintaining strength.
